The Black Sea Invasion by Russia
The Russians pulled out of the grain deal that's enabled at least a good portion of Ukrainian grain to reach world markets via the Black Sea for about a year. As a result of that, having pulled out, the Russians then started bombing Ukrainian ports. This is something they couldn't have done a year ago, really. They've been developing naval drones, which are like small boats loaded with explosives and a bunch of pretty sophisticated technology.
