Don't Follow the Principles of the American Dream

American dream says, go get a single family home. Were saying, don't do that. Go get a mota family home. That is the stupidest thing that you can do as a couple to start off your financial foundation. If you actually go get married and buy a home together, guess what? You've now both tied yourself to a 400 thousand dollar loan just because you wanted to have the feeling of being on a mortgage alone. People of all different cultures are raised, not just black folks. So stop doing what everybody else is doing right? Don't let harmark and marriage a ideas of wedding.
