Those who are the weak on earth, those who are downtrodden, we want to bestow our favor upon them and make them the leaders. So Allah Subh'anaHu Wa Ta'ala says, you that behu abunah ahum wa yastahinisa ahum in ahum ahum in alm of siddhiin. This is why we as Muslimine are taught to be good to one another. You never know when the tables can turn.
