The Lord Your God Loves You, and You May Not Abhor an Edamite

Deuteronomy 23: He whose testacles are crushed or his male member is cut off shall not enter the assembly of the lord. The children of the third generation that are born to them may enter the assembly for sanitary ritual and humanitarian precepts. If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of a nocturnal emission, then he shall go outside the camp. You shall not abhor an egyptian, because you are a sojourner in his land. Because the lord your god loved you, you shall not seek their peace or their prosperity all your days forever.
