Is This the Biggest Rebellion?

As haggard gets more power, we see him rebelling against the social structures in bigger and bigger ways. But caspar, i'm wondering if this is the biggest rebellion that he can make given how disempowered he is. When you have no power, what option do you have? To rebel? You have to rebel within your sort of cage. I hadn't thought about that in that way, but i love that.
