i joined large private companye. Revenue was paling the hundreds of millions of dollars at the time. But even with that scale there, andand i managed all the administrative areas within the,. within the company on a global level. Those organizations weren't engaged in the business. And so for me it's very important for me to have an organization that is engaged and connected to the business.
