First Kings and Second Chronology - A Little Bit Backwards, Right?

First kings and second chronicles are connected, but they're a little bit disconnected. Yesterday we had king david dedicate the great prayer, the temples dedicated. The ark of the lord is there this where were oin to ber ing. And to day, in first kings, chapter five, we're back with him getting the the cedars and the cypress trees for building the temple. So it's one of those things w just kind of remember, oh, that's right. First kings are a little bit behind second chronicles, they're alittle bit ahead,. They're looking back over this history and recounting what had gone down then.
