The Response to Modernity

In Dignitatis Humani, the Second Vatican Council formula related a response to modernity. Keep within his conscience man discovers a law which he has not laid upon himself. See, this is modernity. Things are falling apart. And so we have it in the church. You know, the bishops dialoguing with certain sisters goes nowhere.
