Keeping Your Drive to Be Efficient Nimble Creative

Kirkland always had this reputation as being uh efficient nimble creative just all around good company to work for and you can see the vision um. You know where you get into the major producers I hear completely different things that the lines of bureaucracy just are an impediment of getting almost anything done That's what I just described, it sounds like with you just listening to listening to you just describe discovery that this is another window to continuing to be efficient nimbleCreative and really see this thing through. It has to be something that's exciting that you could see something that maybe other people aren't quite seeing yet and find a way to extract that value i think is is important.
