Today, I am blessed to have here with me Troy Casey. Leading Longevity Authority, Troy Casey, Certified Health Nut, is a world renowned life coach and healer who has scoured the Earth searching for for the most powerful health and healing methods.
He devoted his life to restoring the planet from a young age. Troy even spent over 8 years living and working with the indigenous tribes in the Amazon RainForest, as not only a healer but also as a medicine hunter, utilizing some of the world’s most most sacred plants. Troy has also studied Vipassana Meditation techniques, Ashtanga Yoga and more recently at the world famous CHEK Institute, working closely with Paul Chek.

- Troy got really into the juicing world. He would drink beets, celery, lots of greens, dandelion, and kale.
- Now, Troy doesn’t drink juice as much. Instead, he uses dehydrated powers to get nutrients throughout the day.
- Troy was introduced to an herbal company from the Amazon; they were selling some of the most powerful plant substances that you can take into your body. He became a huge advocate of these plants and their unique phytochemistry.
- He experienced great vitality from these plants; so, he went down to the Amazon to conduct research.

- Rotation was built into the hunter-gatherer development of our digestive tract.
- It takes 72 hours for animal proteins to go through the digestive tract. You need lots of fat to digest meat. Whereas white chicken breast can be hard to digest.

- First, you need to question all of your thoughts.
- Where did your thoughts come from? Are your thoughts even true?

- There are messages embedded in all of the media that we consume. Your thoughts may be erroneously programmed into your mind.
- We are listening to people who get paid by corporations. Those corporations make money when people get sick.
- If you’re not getting the results that you want, then you need to completely reprogram your thoughts.
- Troy says to turn off the television, drink ayahuasca, go into cold water, and get out of your head.
[47:20] When Has The Government Given Us Positive Health Advice?
- The five-year survival rate for chemotherapy in Australia is 2.3%, and in America, the survival rate is 2.1%.
- The survival rate is maybe 2.3%; however, the side effects can ruin your life.
- If you're representing herbal medicine or natural medicine, you can't treat, cure, or mitigate a disease.
- The only people that can treat, cure, or mitigate disease are medical doctors.
- Doctors only spend two days to two weeks on nutrition studies.
- Doctors are the only ones by law that can treat a disease, manage it, or diagnose it.
- Chemo is sold as a cure for cancer.
- Just like Covid, people don’t talk about the survival rate.
