This week, Kiran Hankeuk looks at the new residential zone Land Tax. The tax is designed to prevent land hoarding by developers and due to come into force next year. Mike Loflin, who's had 12 properties in Cork listed for the new tax, will explain how any tax imposed with a government will simply be passed on to buyers.
