The Lowballing of Players in the Middle East
Mitrovich has to find a home at Fulham, but that also means he ain't going anywhere better. Saudi clubs are bidding for players in the same way as Real Madrid do. They don't really have to do the bidding, because the players already into it before they even make a bid. And what that means is they're lowballing clubs in terms of the sort of money. With Saudi Arabia, they go into one of the best leagues in the world and just kind of falling off the football map. It doesn't matter what Cristiano Aldo claims when he said that the Saudi Pro League is better than the Premier League. I think it's reality.
