Gingrich's Case for Impeachment

Do you believe the Republicans getting poised to start impeachment proceedings in September? Is that real? I think that they're trying to have their internal conversations and figure that out before they get any more public conversation going about it. You'll probably get it through the house, but it's going to die in the Senate. Diane Feinstein now has her daughter take power of attorney. She's clearly failing. How long are they going to prop her up?
