The FBI Wants to Know Where Tim Dean Was After a Traffic Accident

Deputy Nicolette of the Lyon County Sheriff's Department in Kansas found himself pulled into a growing multi-state, multi-agency investigation. The FBI was trying to create a timeline for Tim Dean in a murder investigation. Without a state investigator so eager to hear more, the deputy decided to backtrack and try to figure out where Dean had gone after the accident. He again turned his body cam on to record.
