The Definition of Fit
I think that seems to be a common thread that I've seen in so many of the traders that I've had a chance to sit down with, learn and interview from. They are not only great traders, but they put together business enterprises. And there's a real difference between just the trader and somebody who can make a business out of the art of trading. Taking on the responsibility of losing money for other people is not easy. No, that's not fun at all.
