What Does It Mean to Move to the Center on Some of These Cultural Issues?
Democrats should move to the center on some of these cultural issues right well I think that um the way to think about this is it's important to keep in mind that voters you know have a variety of concerns and they have an underlying value structure. Most Hispanics aren't for open borders most Hispanics are for a significant amount of border security so Democrats are way out of line on this, says Julian Zelizer. People really care about being safe not just police reform but also putting criminals in jail which is what people want to hear from Democratic candidates.
