Are Federal Prisons Any Better or Worse?

Two out of three people in federal prison report that they've received no mental health carre while they're locked up. There is a miss match between the amount of people that require some programming, some treatment, and people who are able to get it. How much does this vary from state to state? Ah, it's really rd to know, actually. And not a ton of states pecific research has been undone into this and the federal prisons. Are they any better or worse? Well, you know, one roll of thumb is that the longer that you're locked up, the more likely you are to have access to the facilities where you're going to get long term care.
