The Amate Dama, the Deathless Dama

The practice is just as simple but constant recognition of our inheritance. This presence here and now, that's being with us since we were born in this body will be there when this body dissolves. The ego can't achieve anything in this realmbecause there's nothing to attain. To be this stable dama means we have to become simple, innocent, naked. We need to shed ourselves of all the garments of concepts and ideas,. which merely means to the ego which wants to claim something.
