What Does Fasting Do for the Youth?
The Prophet said, oh, youth. What did he say to the youth? Get married. Why? What does fasting do for the youth? It castrates the desires. The youth who can't get married, what's the advice that we give him? Fast. Ramadan is when you take control over your nafs and you tell it what it should do. And then you're going to recognize the blessings Allah has given you by fasting.
