Kelly Cochran's Connections to Stephen's Case
Stephen Craft was 12 when he disappeared while playing in his neighborhood less than five miles from Silver Beach on February 15, 2001. Stephen's location and date of disappearance line up almost exactly with Kelly Cochran's story about Dylan Austin. According to Kelly, this murder took place when she was around 16 or 17. If the alleged Dylan Austin murder is actually the murder of Stephen Craft, Kelly's cousin would have died by suicide just several months after Stephen disappeared.
