JJ: I don't think you should already have to be laying off. There's a ton of companies that have already just decimated their marketing teams. What typically happens in that scenario is companies are they're looking at their rate of growth, but also churn and cancellations. And if the majority of those customers are SMB, well, you know, they're in a lot of trouble. Chris: If you've been one of those people that aren't carrying a number on your resume, it's hard to track your progress because no one knows what you're bringing to the table.
