NHS is struggling with a huge staff shortage and waiting list of more than 7 million people needing treatment. We're hemorrhaging staff in the care sector just when we need to be adding them, says Mark Thompson. And flu spiking in especially young children at the moment, worries about that going into winter. So I think everywhere you look at the moment it's pretty concerning for most parts of the health service.
