When I first started coaching, I didn't realize that my psychoanalytic repetition compulsion background was going to come into direct play. So by the time it came to write my book, you know, and I had come across the concept of fractal, which is patterns repeated on different scales. One little small piece of broccoli really looks the same as the whole head of broccoli, just a different size. And one little set of tree branches kind of looks theSame as the whole tree, just adifferent size or to use the technical term scale. You have this little pattern like you have in the little tiny piece of broccoli and it gets reapplied at a different scale in a different situation
