i thinkt the secret to being a successful restaurator is in creating opportunities for others. And i didn't know until somebody told me and reinforce what i was good at. I do have a moment like thata. It was literally the first time i had been working with byrne for about a year, and i always was doing what he was telling me. He was blown away. To see him just be so difficult with everybody with food,. So to see him at was actually choking me up.
