He says there's an understanding that these are tensions, but they're not things that are going to rip apart right now. CNN's Alex Markhart is live in Kyiv for us and Alex. Zelensky plans to actually go to Lithuanian or Ukrainian president Volodym Zelensky hasn't announced it yet.
