Modeling Good Behavior for Your Kids
If we're on our phones at the dinner table or when we're supposed to be engaging with somebody our kids are going to think that that's okay. The experts all agreed that one of the biggest problems with the boundaries that kids have and that parents give them is they have their phones at night. And so if you can put it away when you're around them and model good behavior and don't have it with you at night that will teach them, I hope, some of their own boundaries.
