Chelsea will not be in Europe this season, so Inter Milan won't have to worry about signing players. The Premier League announced 66 days ago as of time and recording on April 13th the front of the club's match day shirts becoming the forced spurts league in the UK to take such a measure voluntarily into order to reduce gambling advertising. This just feels like it will go late, late, late in the window if it goes at all to me. It is going to be harder deals to do because working with dying clubs historically for Chelsea has not been very easy. We've already been fleeced by Inter Milan.
