Fred Flites: It's amazing to see two Russian military forces fighting against each other. The head of the Wagner Group just got so frustrated he decided to rebel, and initial reports look like there's popular support for this rebellion. There are reports of Russian soldiers coming to the Wagner Group in Rostov - where the war is right now. So it has huge implications for the war effort in account of the offensive.
