Career Advice for Trainees

Arun: I think junior trainees are starting to realize that, you know, you can have a voice much more easily these days in science than what might have been possible in the past. He says it's important to be able to embrace that to kind of break down the so-called ivory tower associated with academia. And just follow your passions and see how far that takes you.
