The President's Decision to Make an Announcement on Tuesday

The president is expected to announce his candidacy for the White House on Tuesday. CNN's John Sutter wonders if R.F. K. Jr.'s entry into the race has anything to do with it. He says there are people in Washington who will do whatever it takes to keep Trump out of the presidency. But he adds that after the last few years in politics, nothing should surprise us anymore.
