How to Get the Most Out of Your Phone

Sally Kohn: I do not go on my phone for an hour to an hour and half in the morning when i wake up. If i do touch the phone, it's to turn on a podcast or to go to the book up. Another thing that i'm working on is, well, and michael taught me this tip, is to read an actual book. And then my last tip is, if you are going to read on your phone, like i sometimes do, turn it on night mode so it's black in the background with white tecks. That helps your brain wind down.
