In the 70s 75 percent of instruction was done by 10-year-stream faculty and now I think the number is 28 or 29 percent of teaching at Rutgers. So it's a complete reversal in numbers right the flip in how casualization has emerged. The only way to fight back against that is all workers together, she says.
