The more in debt the company is, the more likely it is to fail. When you don't have any debt, you end up making better decisions relationally medically. You're more likely to have a higher quality and lasting marriage. It's not a fun way to get your house paid off through an inheritance because obviously that means you must have lost someone. That'll be a really wonderful way to bring honor to that money.
