The Fbi Conviction Rate Is Going to Rise - What's the Problem?

There is simply no way we are going to be able to solve bank robberies, terrorism cases, or any of it, without witnesses willing to talk to the fbi. Can you rely on video cameras for everything? Why flip people if they don't want who's going to flip the fbi says were going to cut a deal with them? What'll happen when the fbi conviction rate to the conviction rate when 53 % of jurors don't believe the testimony of fbi agents? That sounds like kind of a problem though.
