The Lost Words and the Lost Spells
i came to realize that, in a sense, we were losing a language for landscape. Made these books, the lost words and the lost spells with artist jackie morris on that. Gathered about four thousand words from 30 languages and dialect sub-dialects. Run runc moem is a gallic, scottish gallic t hebridean term. It means shadows cast on moorland by clouds on a sunny, windy day. And if you think of the sides of a mackerel, i don't know if it's a familiar fish there, but they have these beautiful, da d mottard flanks. I just love it so
