The Power of Humility
Moses is described as a very humble person. He does, he does lead in a very humble way in an intercessory way. That opens you up to somebody else to say like this guy's weak. The problem for Cora is while Moses might be a humble leader, he does have somebody fairly powerful behind him that has called him to lead in that way.
