Getting Down to the Root of the Problem

Just get down to the root of the problem even if it takes a while. If you don't necessarily have data on something like pickup times or delivery times i don't have the best data there well then you can start changing your parameters and collecting more information. I'm a big fan of that because then you can hone it down and you can because the data will not lie so if you're sitting there looking at it no matter which way it's still going to put it right in your face of what some of your problems are.
