The Differences Between Secretary Blinken and Bill Gates

When Secretary Blinken arrived at the airport, he was greeted by the U.S. ambassador and a fairly high-ranking Chinese official. The meetings that he had with his Chinese counterparts over the next couple of days weren't very warm. It's a very, very tricky position for Chinese officials on how they play the diplomatic part of the US relationship because they so badly need the economic one.
