Is the NFT the Same Thing as the Art Work?
The nft is really the cryptographically secure record or unit of data. It's really meta data stored on the block chain that verifies rights to something, right? You may, you may own that piece of digital art, or you may only have a license to it. And we've seen literally thousands of right of publicity lawsuits over the years involving anything from video games to posters and art work and in cards rit like, you name it, and a celebrity has sued over it. So i think that's an important point that i wanted a sort of lay out.
