How to Meditate for 10 Seconds

Kimberly Schneider has been meditating for more than 12 years. She teaches a practice based on Kriya yoga called expanding the gaps. The first 10 seconds of this meditation can be done by anyone, she says. It shows us in between inhales and exhales to go into those micro pauses that give you experiential stillness.
