The End of the Road for Radko Miladich

Radko Miladich's guilty verdict was upheld on appeal last year. He ordered Bosnian Serbs soldiers to separate the men and boys from the women, take them away by bus and shoot them in Srebrenitz. The First Amendment was the first time the president of the war crimes had been found guilty. US dominant figures were looking at the way European Union tried to implement its ambition to build an autonomous foreign policy in Yugoslavia.
