"I appreciate and agree with the pitch for a sort of lower case social justice," he says. "It's yet another reason why we need to be out there trying to solve human problems in the real world." He adds that atheists are not immune from getting hung up on labels, like labels have utility. And i think if we could do a better job of trying to find what we do have in common as part of a share humanity, that moment is where conversations begin.
