The Food of Osmodia, the Greatest Military Power of the West
The five kingdoms are ironed deep, the Great Minds were once collapsed during the Alice Cataclysm but have been rebuilt to become the greatest power of the West. Osmodia, the curse over this once-lost city has been lifted. The Frost dwarves have finally reached a peace treaty with a new leader of the Frost Giants for the first time ever. There's also some info on these five remaining kingdoms and updates on where some settings are at now.
