The Third Tent Pole in Scalability

We're talking about maintainability today, which is the third tent pole there in relation or related to scalability and whatever the other one was. One of the things that is really interesting, and we probably all know this, a majority of the cost in software is maintaining it. It's keeping it running after it's been built. And so some of this is going to be kind of a retrap, but it's also coming from a perspective of specifically towards data intensive applications.
