When you start a small business, it's all on you. You have to figure out health insurance and benefits for your family that previously were taken care of by an employer. And then what about this fifth challenge? Again, one of that the fifth chalds they sighted was maintaining a healthy work life balance. Ye, we're going to spend some time on this and a little bit later in the show. But it is one of those things where you have so many things coming at you at once when you start a business.
