There's so many more things I could add to the list, but I guess the other thing that the last thing I'll add is any kind of fermented food. Those things obviously are really good for your gut, but depending on where you're at in your journey, those things may be problematic. And they could just be dose-dependent as well. So things like yogurt or even, you know, fermented foods like kimchi or sauerkraut, maybe those are a go. Maybe they're not.
