I like it where people don't have to think so much when yhou're eating, and just order something and it's the food is good. The service is good and the ingredients are really fresh and well made, non threatening. You could put on a chef coat and pretty much go anywhere. I bought a case of beer, brought into the kitchen, gave each guy, like four or five beers, and they taught me how to make this dish. And i went down a block. Right into the white house, if you want.
