Denise: I think setting realistic expectations is one of the most important things that you can do to ensure healthy, long-term working relationships. If you've never been on a production set, you just might not understand how many people it takes to shoot or how much gear is actually needed. When expectations don't exist verbally, explicitly, and jointly by both parties, what happens? Questions are invented by both parties,. maybe not known by the other party. And that's where the friction and tension can arise.
