God's Fivefold Action in History

In genesis chapter one, we have the account of the creation of the world. And god's action in creating the world is simultaneously an act of setting up a covenantal arrangement. A covenantal arrangement is simply structure and design of society in the world. After that, when the world falls apart because of sin or refuses to mature because of sin, god will act to recreate the world and institute some new covenant. This is aan essential part of all covenant making in the bible.
