The Serpent Enemy in the New Testament

Moses made a bronze serpent and set it on a pole. If a serpent bit anyone, he would look at the bronze serpent and live. So that's the story. It's a short episode, but again, one of the reasons why people kind of wonder about it is the way this gets referenced in the New Testament. With Jesus about the son of man must be lifted up as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness and so on and so forth. That creates kind of a conundrum in the minds of a number of people.
